Patient: The drug made me sick. It caused a lot of serious side effects.
Doctor: That's unlikely. The drug doesn't cause serious side effects.
Patient: Well, it caused very serious side effects for me. Is there someplace we can report it? Any data collection for people experiencing serious side effects?
Doctor: No. No one collects information about side effects.
